As a magnet, they are very strong but VERY brittle- do not drop them. As far as sticking to true stainless steel, they do NOT work. I threw them in my toolbox to attract small drill bits.

Very powerful 🧲 magnets. You will be impressed trying to pull them apart. I use them for many applications. Only limited by your imagination. My backup camera is mounted with these. The dryer door latch broke, so now the magnet took its place. I can go on but I'll fill up the page. Hehe
