Got this item last summer! Works great, especially if you keep spray bottle of water close by on really hot days to use for super cooling! USB charge lasts a long time! So far I'm getting over 4-5 hrs, on high, off the battery.

Using these ingot weather is great. Just enough of a breeze around your neck and face to keep you fresh and cool. However, if the weather says that it is over 110 degrees, don't expect it to act like an air conditioner to cool you down. It will blow a nice breeze over your neck and face, but it will not work like an air conditioner.

It is comfortable and lightweight, my 4 yr old can use it without any problems or concerns, battery life is good, noise is not bad (the 3rd level is not too loud but I keep it at the 2nd level when on the phone. I don't have to raise my voice when speaking in-person, watching a show, or listening to music while using the 3rd level). The only down side is that I did not feel as much air pressure on the back of my neck as I was hoping especially when I'm outside in heat. It serves It's purpose though and I use it a lot indoors. I can see it being great for the office for sure. I am very pleased with the price, the delivery, and the quality. I would recommend this neck fan.

I'm a mail mail carrier for the US Post office and this thing has saved my life in multiple ways. Not only from not letting me die from the heat the last 3 years but also took one for me when I had a dog lunge and try to rip my neck open. RIP little buddy! If it had a bigger battery I'd be rebuying the exact same one, unfortunately I need something with just a bit more battery life for the higher settings.

Love love love my new neck fan. Not only does it keep me a lot cooler. I look cool. Haha! I had to, but really I was a lil nervous about wearing it but I get loads of complements. I work in a nice restaurant, but no AC in kitchen. It was 104 last week in there. Last week I was dripping every time I went to a table and would be so embarrassed., this week not 1 time have I been embarrassed. It paid off big time. The only thing that would be nice is that the fans blow a little bit low, not the end of the world, but some option would be nice. I also found it helps me with my anxiety. I also bought some cooling cloths and soak them in lavender water. They keep me cool and also help. This set up with the fan, I feel much more relaxed and able to deal with my chronic pain.

This product worked great for me right out of the box. It is decently quiet and does a good job cooling for the price. I was also pretty impressed with the battery life - I was able to use it on high for about 4 hours per charge. On a very hot day one day, I was using this product like normal and it suddenly went down to the low speed and 5 seconds later just shut off. I thought, oh ok, just needs charging.. I figured I forgot to charge it from a previous use. After plugging it in I realized the blue charging indicator would not show up. I gave it about an hour to charge and am not having any luck. I do have a replacement on the way, but I was disappointed it didn’t last longer. Long story short, good product, but you do get what you pay for.

Purchased this item to use while my air in my car was on the frits. This will "only" keep you a few degrees cooler that the temp in which you are wearing it it. It is quite powerful on its highest setting and the battery life isnt too bad, but with the higher power comes the louder fan and it is rather noisy and CONSTANT In your ears.

Overall, I am happy with this product. I can't give it a 5 star rating yet because I've only used it 2 times on the low setting so I can't accurately assess its battery life. I bought this to keep me cooler when I'm gardening in the summer heat. I like that this fan has air vents around the entire fan; other models that I looked at have no air vents around the back-of-the-neck area. The fan is comfortable around my neck (not too heavy). The fan is fairly quiet on the low setting but is noisier (wind sound blowing past your ears) on the high setting. For some reason, the air flow is stronger on the right side than the left side and the air flow is least strong in the back-of-the-neck section. I used it while gardening on a hot and humid day and it kept my head area comfortable even though other parts of my body were sweating. I also used it in a "buggy" area. It kept the flying insects out of my face but I needed to use the high setting and wear it as I would using over-the-ear headphones so the air vents were blowing outward (not upward) from my face.

I received the damaged product. Also it took too much time for delivery.
