Prosoft Denture Reliner - 3 Pack (Will Reline 6 Individual Denture Plates)

THIS IS THE ONLY CRAP SOLD ON AMAZON WHICH IS WORTHY OF YOUR MONEY. BUT I WILL BE RELLY HONEST, THIS WORKS PERFECT FOR 10-14 DAYS, THEN YOU NEED TO BOIL WATER SOAK YOUR DENTURES IN BOILING WATER AND THEN TAKE A WIRE BRUSH AND SCRAP IT OFF AND START OVER. AT LEAST IT WORKS, ALL THE CRAP ONLINE IS A SCAM OR DOESNT WORK. I DON'T KNOW IF THIS PROSOFT IS REALLY COE SOFT. BUT ITS WORTH. I LOVE HOW THEY SELL SINGLE USES OR 6 PACKS OR LARGER OF THIS PRODUCT. ITS WORTHY, BUT MAKE A NOTE OF THIS, AFTER YOU MOLD IT AND SOAK IT IN COLD WATER, GRAB A BOX OF BAKING SODA AND ADD 2 TABLESPOONS TO 2-3 CUPS OF WATER, MAKE SURE ITS COLD AND SOAK FOR MAYBE A HOUR OR TWO, TO GET RID OF THE CHEMICAL TASTE. ALSO THE INSTRUCTIONS SAY TO SOAK IN COLD WATER, COLD DOESNT MEAN TAP COLD, PRIOR TO STARTING YOUR MOLD, GRAB A BOWL AND PUT COLD WATER IE PREFERABLY BOTTLE WATER INTO THE BOWL, MAYBE 20 OZ, THEN ADD A BUNCH OF ICE. STIR, GET IT REALLY COLD, AFTER BOWL OF WATER IS SUPER COOL, THEN APPLY PRODUCT PRO SOFT TO DENTURES, AND START THE TIMER, ITS BETTER IF YOU DO THEM BOTH AT THE SAME TIME. I HAVE ONE FULL UPPER DENTURE AND ONE 90% BOTTOM PARTIAL. BUT IT DOESN'T MATTER. AFTER YUR TIMER SAYS TAKE THEM OUT, PUT THEM IMMEDIATELY IN THE ICE COLD WATER, TAP WATER DOESNT CUT IT, PLUS DO YOU REALLY WANT GOVT METALS FROM TAP WATER SOAKING YOUR DENTURES? NOPE. AFTER THE SUPER COLD WATER DIP, PUT THEM IN, BUT DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED BY THE TASTE OF CHEMICALS, ADD TWO TABLESPOONS OF BAKING SODA TO THE REMAINDER OF THE ICE WATER AND SOAK. FOR A MINIUM OF A HOUR, PREFERABLE MORE. RINSE OFF, AND ENJOY FOR AT LEAST 10 TO 14 DAYS. ALSO LISTEN TO THIS DISABLED VETERAN, THE ONLY DECENT GLUE OR DAILY ADHESIVE IS CALLED SECURE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON POLIGRIP OR THE EVERY OTHER MONTH POLIGRIP EXTRA STENGTH CRAP THEY CHANGE THE NAME, I BET ITS THE SAME CHT DIFFERENT BOX CORPORATE AMERICA GREED TRICK. SECURE IS RATHER EXPENSIVE BUT IT SO MUCH MORE EFFECTIVE, IT ORIGINALLY CAME OUT IN EUROPE AND EVENTUALLY GOT TO AMERICA, I HAVE A MONTHY AMAZON SUBSCRIPTION OF SECURE, WHEN YOU USE PROSOFT, ITS VERY SNUG TIGHT FOR A FEW DAYS OR WEEK, BUT THEN YOU NEED TO APPLY SOME MORE GOOP. USE SECURE. ONE LAST NOTE, DO YOU SOAK YOUR DENTURES IN TAP WATER OVERNIGHT? THE SAME TAP WATER WE AMERICANS KNOW IS KILLING US? NOT ME, USE BOTTLE WATER. TO SOAK THOSE DENTURES. AS IF WE NEED MORE METALS IN OUR DENTURES DAILY.

I previously left a review for this product. It works well, but tastes AWFUL and the standard adhesives like Fixodent don’t stick to it either. Thermoplastic like CushionGrip work but they don’t stick as well and they deform with everyday use. I found an excellent solution though! Use this, mold it to fit following the instructions. Use sharp scissors to trim it, and after it cures use a good 80grit nail emery board to shape and smooth it. Then get CushionGrip (a thermoplastic) and line it with a thin layer. Bite down and smooth the edges with your tongue and finger. You can even build up the thermoplastic to fit to the top of your gums which keeps food out. What this does is give you a good cushion fit without the terrible taste. If you do it right it is held in with a suction and doesn’t even require adhesive! If you need you can remove and replace the thermoplastic every now and then to keep a perfect fit. This two-part solution works, it’s easy, and you can re-do any step if you don’t like the results.

Easy to use and works well.

I'm still using my temp dentures since having teeth removed and after using this reliner I have finally been able to eat ham and other foods rather than soft food! I've tried densurefit and another silicon reliner which both "worked" but nothing near as good as this product. If you have issues with denture fitting....GET THIS! Thank you for making my Easter complete by being able to enjoy actual food and for giving dentures a fit that I don't hurt or feel uncomfortable using dentures. Thank you!!

Awesome product… really works

THIS PRODUCT IS NOT NEW TO ME: I have been using "ProSoft" for SEVERAL YEARS, and it was great. But now, it appears they have changed the quantities of powder/liquids one receives; and, there is only enough product to reline either the bottom or the top plate, but not both, (well maybe a true professional could do both???) Further, like other reviewers have stated, the mix of powder to catalyst sets up prematurely. Even with fast work, "mixing in less than15 seconds time,) by then, it has already begun to set, (there is no Honey like consistency); it is no longer fluid, it's a paste. Consequently it's rather like icing a cake, and I get voids in the final liner. (BTW, my dentures are rather smaller than larger.) I am sorry tow write, and it is only my opinion, but it appears ProSoft is trying to make more $$ by supplying a quantity that will only coat one denture plate per kit, (if you are really fast.) It means, for me the cost of ProSoft exceeds the cost of other denture recliners like "Reline-it. BTW, I contacted ProSoft about the problems I have encountered with their product... do you know what they said?.............. Yeah you guessed it, NO RESPONSE. I hope you are more successful than I have been with the last 3 reline kits. I give it a 1 star for, what appears to be a marketing strategy, to what end? The almighty $$$$ I mean you know it's covid right????? Good luck.

The product was very easy to use and felt amazing. That being said, the taste was more than I could stand. I tried using baking soda to get rid of the taste but didn’t come close to helping.
