Arrived damaged
Installed and went to install the hose and the retaining clip in the shower head was broken. I’ve been a lifelong Moen advocate but the quality seems to have gone downhill

Perfect for our converted bus. Easy to install I love the look of it. It works great.

Taking a shower in a rainforest
It takes some getting used to. Its very warm by your head, but until the air in the shower warms up, your lower half is cold. Once the warm mist is everywhere, it is like showering in the rain forest. It's blissful.

Poor quality
Plumber for 58 years. In business for the last37. Biggest MOEN fan around. Love all their products. This is the absolute worst shower system I’ve ever encountered. You could find a better product at dollar general. Would never recommend this to anyone. Was embarrassed for customer to even see it. Now I have to deal with holes we drilled. Putting entirely different system up. I’ve never had anything negative to say about MOEN. But this is trash to me.

Not the original kickstarter product
This use to be an amazing spa/steam shower head. We bought into the original kickstarter. This is a cheapened product made by moen which is nothing more than a rain shower now. This is not worth the price. Any rain shower head will do the same. Way to ruin a perfect product Moen.
