Not for snare drum practice
Bought it at a local store. Yes, it would feel weird if you intend to practice snare drum on it. But I play taiko, so this isn't really my concern. I needed a surface I can beat hard with huge drum sticks without any worries. This piece of rubber is hard to break for sure, but when you hit so hard it flies away. It's rubber so you can use contact cement to glue it somewhere. In fact I will experiment with industrial Velcro and see how I might use it for my taiko practice. Again I play taiko, not the regular kind of percussionist.

bad practice pad
wrong rebound.silly material.may be cheap but waste of money it is.must search for a developed practice pad.it is obsolete.
