Top Notch Whole House Water Filtration System
Just had this affordable system installed last week and the results were almost instantaneous. We are using the sediment and charcoal filters, and our water went to almost undrinkable to perfect within a day. The system itself is heavy and well built, and took about an hour for a professional plumber to install. Replacement filters are reasonable and simple to swap using the included wrench.

Great Water Filter, Phenomenal Customer Service
I purchased this filter on July 2018, and it has been a great addition to my home. I love knowing that all the water coming to my home has been filtered, and you can really see it working when you change out your filters. I am on city water but still, my sediment filter is dark brown by them time it comes to changing. So the filter works and my water tastes better. But my 5 star review is not just for the quality of the product and the filter performance, but their customer service as well. When the filter was originally installed, I believe the plumber we hired to install it was too rough with the housing and over screwed the pipe in, causing it to crack. It seems that he tried to seal it with a pipe sealant or the like, but of course, that will only last so long, so earlier this summer, the filter developed a leak. I contacted their customer support, and honestly expected to be talking to somebody 2 million miles away who would tell me tough luck. Instead, somebody named Nick in their US based offices (I think in GA) answered the phone and he was more than nice. I was willing to pay for another housing, but he said that they stand by their products and even tho the warranty was only for a year, and I was on my 3rd year of ownership, he would happily ship another part out to me at no cost. I was amazed. For myself, like so many, have seen products and product support on Amazon turn to garbage over the past couple years, so it was so refreshing to come across this product with a real support team behind it that actually knows the product and lives in the US. The even put their regular old phone number (not 1-800 number) on the product itself. Unbelievable! Fully recommend this product if you are looking for a whole home filter, and i fully recommend you get a whole home water filter. If you've even watched like 3 youtube videos on plumbing, you probably don't even need a plumber to install it. Super easy. A+

Highly Recommended if You Have a Questionable Water Supply
Like most people, we purchased this to clean up our local water. We live in a water district that gets it's water from a series of wells. It's mostly acceptable water, but every once and a while we would see a noticeable color change in the water for a day or two - a yellowish tint. The water district said there was no issue, but we were concerned what quality of water we were actually getting. We also have an on demand hot water heater. They are more prone to develop scale from poor water supply. The filter system installation was straightforward and easy. It is bigger than you might imagine, so measure to make sure that you'll have the wall space required. We immediately noticed a difference in our water quality. The clarity of the water in our bath was noticeable. It almost felt like we had installed a water softener. The replacement filters are easy to replace. Watch for them on sale to save yourself a few dollars. High quality and a noticeable difference!

Can't remove to casing to change filters over time
I'm modifying my review. We could not get filter casings off after a few years of use. Ended up breaking 2 cannisters wrenches. However after contacting company they made everything right! They were willing to work with me and the product works great other than this snag USE SILICONE GREASE ON INSTALL AND IT WILL SAVE YOU IN FUTURE!

Outstanding Product and Exceptional Support!
I am absolutely thrilled with both the iSpring product and the outstanding customer support provided by Francis! After installing it by myself, I encountered a minor leak. Despite my best efforts, there was a slight water leak in three separate places. #1 is fixed with a slight tightening, but #2 (the other side) and #3 did not stop. I reached out to iSpring's support, and Francis stepped in to assist me. His response was not only prompt but incredibly detailed and helpful. Following his instructions, I applied O-ring grease, which stopped the leak at #3. Although it didn't completely stop the leak at #2, it did help reduce it. That is when Francis quickly arranged for replacement parts to be sent to me. He provided a tracking number and kept me updated throughout the process. The replacement arrived swiftly, and I am happy to report that the system is now working perfectly. The leak has been resolved, and the system is performing flawlessly. Whenever we experience heavy rain or a series of rainy days, the water in our city often turns brown for several hours, sometimes even longer. During these times, the city sends out water quality warning text messages. Residents in our subdivision are advised to flush their taps until the water runs clear again, as recommended by the city. After installing the iSpring filter, we had three days of rain, yet the water inside our house remained clear. However, the water in our garden, which is not filtered through the iSpring system, was as brown as usual. The product itself is top-notch, and Francis’s support was the cherry on top. His dedication to resolving my issue and his detailed instructions made a potentially stressful situation smooth and straightforward. Thank you iSpring and Francis for both their excellent products and their exceptional customer service.

ISpring makes great water filters
I researched different whole house water filters for several weeks and ended up with I Spring. I saw several reviews stating that they were experiencing leaks and a couple reviews even said the main housing cracked during installation. in my opinion these are the best water filters out there in this price range. The main bodies; (what the water lines attach to and the filter canisters screw into), is indeed plastic... but it is very thick and substantial - I was quite impressed and very pleased when i got them. When you pick one up you instantly notice the weight ... these things are beefy! I would suggest putting 6 or 7 complete wraps of Teflon tape around the fitting that you screw in to the housing. In doing that, I have not had any leaks and the unit has been installed for 3 weeks. Also , you do not need to over tighten the fitting, I used a 10 in wrench to reduce leverage and just put reasonable force into it. The filters themselves also are quite beefy and appear to be capable of significant loading before you see a noticeable pressure drop. just this week I have noticed an improvement in the water taste and starting to notice a difference in the reduction of water spots on dishes after washing, etc. I think it will take a couple months for all the water pipes to clean out a bit before the real difference is apparent. I had a cheaper system about 5 years ago and ended up ripping it out about a year later because of leaks and constantly replacing the filters. Then this summer I decided to try a better system. I highly recommend this product and more importantly this manufacturer. On a side note, I also ordered a 4th stage which is not installed yet; (the flex line will be replaced with rigid copper once I get the 4th stage installed). It was the big blue 20" filter and it did not come with the mounting bracket ... my bad. I contacted ISpring and they told me that the bracket is not included with the one i ordered. But in the same breath they said that their customer satisfaction is most important and they are sending me one completely free of charge without me even asking. So just stop reading reviews and order their products and get your water quality increased !!!

Excellent product and support
If you want to install a whole house water filter for your house iSpring is an excellent choice. I would recommend carefully planning your install and drawing it out on paper. Make a list of all parts and fittings that will be needed. I laid all my parts out on a table and measured to make sure my installation would fit on the space available on the basement wall. I called iSpring during this phase to ask for recommendations for my situation. This was very helpful. During the planning phase make sure you have all the skills necessary to complete the job. My plumbing is copper so I had to sweat a number of fittings (I have become very comfortable doing this after several plumbing projects in this house) but in some areas I used the newer Sharkbite fittings. This simplified the install while also making it more serviceable down the road. I was also able to substitute a 5ft of piece PEX rather than copper between two sharkbite fittings coming off my pressure tank to the house plumbing. The PEX is much cheaper than copper but was used more because it's flexible and simplified this part of the install. The rest of the installation I used copper. I do recommend the flexible lines with the ball valve\sharkbite connections to connect the filter housing. Again this will simplify the install. I also added the iSpring spindown filter upstream of this whole house filter. The better you plan your installation the smoother it will go. I did my installation over two days with the water off about 3 hours each day. The whole process took several hours of planning and labor but I'm happy with the results and it was a comfort to know if I required some advice\instruction iSpring support had my back.

Good quality and easy install
Installed with no problem. The bracket and the filter housing are of good sturdy quality. Installation is pretty much self explanatory with arrows of flow on the bracket itself. Read some reviews in here if leaking, didn't experience this myself with a water pressure of 62 PSI. The filters are rated for 70 PSI I believe, so the leaking might have to do with the pressure. Or.... the filters have o-rings for gaskets, and with o-rings always have the problem of leaking when over tightening. I screw them on by hand (hand tight) and than give them a little turn with the supplied wrench. Make sure to lube the o-rings with silicone grease after every filter change to prevent drying out
