Works for joints and depression!
I swear by this product. Used it for two months but had to stop using it because I have a wound that wasn't healing. And anything anti-inflammatory will impede the healing of a wound.....who knew? But I can really tell when I don't take it my knees ache and other joints. And I believe that this helps with depression as well. I will start taking it again very soon. It is not cheap but worth every penny in my opinion.

Wish the gelatin was plant sourced.
It's great to have two supplements that I already take combined into one. But why does the gelatin capsule have to be bovine instead of plant based? Ugh!!!

Amazing Supplement & Even More Amazing Company !
My Medical Doctor recommended this products seven years ago and I've been taking it ever since. As a Nutritional Coach I have also recommended this product to dozens of clients. The fish oil for this product has been sourced from clean waters. The last year or so I've switched over to the their Omega 3 Curcumin with Memory support. During the pandemic I bought a dozen or so extra bottle to have just in case. I put them a way in banker box with other supplements. Unfortunately three of the bottle recently expired. I called them to ask if it was still safe to consume. They advised that I toss them and they shipped me three fresh bottles! Wow. 100 % my fault and yet they still accommodated me. That's what I call customer service.

Too Big to swallow, caused chocking
Capsule is way too BIG and it got stuck inside my throat and I started chocking. Would not recommend!
