Where to start? My son and I both have MTHFR mutations that affect how we process folic acid. Folate in the form of folic acid is found in most off-the-shelf multivitamins and fortified bakery/bread/cereal products. It is a very stable form folate (i.e., "shelf-stable"), but people with MTHFR mutations cannot process it. It makes us jittery and anxious, among other things. Best Nest is the first to recognize the importance of "bio-available" forms of vitamins. After detoxing from folic acid in vitamins and fortified food products, my son and I are devotees of methylfolate and methylcobalamin. We both take Best Nest Men's Multivitamins. He also likes the "Slap Me Five" if the 400 mcg of methylfolate in Men's Multi is not enough to quelch his anxiety and depression. I also like the extra selenium. We have both gone to water filters that filter fluoride. My acne at the grand old age of 68 (um...yes) has finally decreased. The extra selenium helps with this detoxification process. I cannot thank Best Nest enough for recognizing the shortcomings in mass marketed multivitamins and coming up with a reasonably priced alternative. Did i mention I have a MS in Nutrition?

Real review here - meaning I actually purchased and paid full price for these vitamins. I did a lot of research on Men's multivitamins and these are the best I've found. Why? Because they are packed with all of the key vitamins that men need and the quantities of most are high and/or recommended daily allowances - and they also contain probiotics. I could not find another multivitamin on amazon that had as many important and beneficial ingredients and quantities of each in a single tablet. These vitamin ingredients are actually very similar to the Trader Joe's Men's multivitamin (the ones in the stores, not the one on amazon which seems to be an old formula) which I had started taking before, but those contain saw palmetto, which I want to eliminate due to it's negative side effects (SP is a potent dht blocker, dht is important for men's health). The bottom line is that I can feel a difference when I take these (just 1 a day) - I have much more energy throughout the day and they stopped my acid stomach problems that I've had for years! I've settled on these as my daily multivitamin for the foreseeable future (and hope they don't ever ruin them by adding saw palmetto).

GREAT MEN'S MULTI VITAMIN! I have been taking a men's multi vitamin for years now, and I can honestly say this is the best one to date. The fact that it has both methylfolate (a natural form of folic acid) and methylcobalamin (a natural form of B12) is important and of value to me. I also appreciate that is was actually created by an MIT-trained doctor unlike random claims that other companies make. Being a funeral director, I rarely have time to eat right. I east what I can, when I can. It's nice to know that with Best Nest, I get the benefits of eating the foods I don't always get to eat. Additionally, I have never been the most energetic guy, but these vitamins really give me a boost that I every much appreciate. Give Best Nest a try. You'll be glad you did.

This company takes care in using L-methylfolate (good) instead of folic acid (bad). They also use the methylcobalamin form of B-12. The whole B-12 discussion continues to evolve. Until recently it was thought that cyanocobalamin is a bad form of B-12, and that methylcobalamin, adenosylcobalamin and hydroxocobalamin are better. But this is a grey area. A lot depends on whether or not one has genetic mutations, such as the most common one, the MTHFR gene. Rather than getting a test for this specific gene mutation, it is better to get a comprehensive gene panel test for all gene mutations (most people don't have any, but still many do); this helps determine which form of B-12 one needs. A lot of people still cling to the idea that cyanocobalamin is bad B-12. Maybe they are right and maybe they are wrong. I am not a health care professional, and there is conflicting information and advice on the net. I am trying to find this all out myself. If anyone has the REAL enlightened info on all this, that would be a great help. All in all I am impressed with the care Best Nest Wellness takes in coming up with a beneficial men's multivitamin, and the avoidance of any additives, like soy, sugar, yeast, preservatives, etc. I take it every other day, or sometimes every third day, so it's hard to notice a difference in my energy levels because of that. Four Stars instead of Five is only because of my own personal uncertainty expressed in this paragraph and the last one. But it is obvious that Best Nest Wellness is a good and caring company.

My wife has been taking (and loving) the Best Nest prenatal, so I thought I'd try the Men's Multi. This product is amazing. Here's why: Excellent ingredients that meet all of my needs. I love that they include methylfolate and probiotics, and that they're organic. Phenomenal price (I was paying 3 times this and having to take my multi several times each day!). Only have to take one per day. Easy to swallow. Oh - Most importantly, I feel great when I take them! This company offers super high quality products that my family can afford, and we couldn't be happier with the products. Thanks, Best Nest!

A little pricey but you get what you pay for. No trash disguised as vitamins better bioavailable sources of vitamins than the generic brands. Noticed an immediate difference.

It's a good vitamin but the smell and taste (when you put it in your mouth to swallow it) is terrible. Very strong. Smells up the cabinet.
