Are these suitable for a 7 year old

I bought these for my 2 year old she’s had them since she was 1 and they’re great, I would think they would be fine. They’re screw back if that’s what you want, easier to not lose.

Can you shower with them on?

I returned them. Not very sturdy and I didn't even try to shower with them.
