Is the jacket nylon or polyester

Feels like nylon outer shell with a polyester inner shell. I’ve never had it leak, last two times fishing we got caught in downpours. Rained hard for 20-30 minutes both times. Never got wet, both pants and jacket are excellent!! I wish the splits that seal at the bottom of the pants legs came up higher to help get my size 15 shoe in and out easier.

does this product fold up into one of its own pockets (is it packable?)

I haven’t tried to fold it in one of its pockets, but I ride a Harley and it fits in my saddle bags nicely with a lot of room to spare.

Can you golf in this rain gear?

Yes It is a little heavier than I expected but still allows easy movement. Have used it several rounds and no problems.
