This week I relaxed a little on my reins on my diet and no exercise and noticed Went down about pound as of today 04/05 just by drinking plenty of water and taking these ( I drink about 100-130 ounces a day) It is definitely helping and I feel much more calmer about the day. The only symptom I have had taking 3 pills was I could not sleep very well, and the first day I woke up sort of depressed. But, so far I sleep much better with 4 pills and I have a lot more energy.

I felt an energy increase right away and more focus, stress level went down significantly but at night was really awake like a had 5 cups of coffee.

I own a seasonal business that get extremely busy.. ive been taking this product for about 2 months now and i am definitely calmer then usual. I have believed and still believe in supplements greatly. However, be careful and always monitor when you start taking a new supplement because some things don't fall right with everyone. I read the great reviews of this supplement, saw the ingredients, and ordered to add it to my cadre of supplements. However, I started feeling slightly dizzy but I wasn't making the connection, and on about the 4th day I took it, it hit me so hard that I went into stage 2 high blood pressure and almost had to go to the E.R. Thankfully my sister, a Physician Assistant, who knows my healthy medical history was able to connect the dots the morning I called her with dizziness, nausea, sweating & headache. I had my blood pressure taken and sure enough, it was 147/95 -134/90pulses of 85 & 90. I am not saying to not take it, just monitor for any symptoms and be aware it's a possibility it may not be right for you. My brother wants mine because he believes these should be good for him. -hehe
