High quality and comfortable unit, brought much needed pain relief to wife who suffers from terrible pains caused by adhesions and endometriosis. Also can be used to relieve muscular pain in the lower back. Versatile unit, comes with a UK plug, 3 heat settings (which are discernable and useful, rather than arbitrary). The material is soft and plush, and feels high quality. The colour is a neutral grey and fits most settings. The cord is a little thick, and white in colour and does not get hot when in use. The product feels safe, and has been used without problems for 5 months now. Highly recommended.

I had high expectations for the Beurer HK 123 XXL Nordic heating pad, as it feels well made at first glance and the faux fur finish gives it a very cosy, premium look. In terms of comfort, it performs well when it works. The XXL size (60 x 30 cm) is generous and provides good coverage for areas like the back, shoulders, or abdomen. The heat distributes evenly across the pad, and the three temperature settings make it easy to adjust depending on preference. It also heats up reasonably quickly, which is convenient for short-term relief or relaxation. The automatic switch-off is a useful safety feature, and the pad feels soft and comfortable against the skin. The machine-washable cover is also a practical benefit, making it easier to keep clean with regular use. However, my experience was disappointing overall as the unit developed a fault after only a few days of use. It stopped functioning reliably, which is not what you would expect from a product in this price range and from a well-known brand. This significantly impacted my confidence in its durability. While it worked, it was effective and comfortable, but the reliability issue outweighs the positives. A heating pad needs to be dependable, especially for something used for comfort or pain relief. If I had to summarise, the design and comfort are excellent, but the early failure is a major concern and makes it hard to recommend based on my experience. Overall, a potentially very good heating pad let down by poor reliability in this instance.

Excellent heat pad, I bought one a couple of months ago or so it helps my back with my several partially collapsed vertebrae’s and degeneration it doesn’t take compete pain away let’s be honest but helps relax the muscles and on No. 2 heat it’s perfect, does relax my back don’t feel as tight… I bought my dad one for xmas but sent it to him a week /10 days ago early for him, he has sciatica in his hips he’s 90 and says it really helps and like myself uses it everyday….And I love the softness of it.. This one I feel is defiantly worth its money I actually paid more from mine at A***s it’s well worth investing in one and can be used all over the body no feeling the wires inside when it’s on it’s very light weight and bendable how or where ever you need the heat…😊the timer stays on for 1.5hrs then will automatically switch off and after a few mins just turn back on..

Great pad but only lasted just under 3 yrs as it failed yesterday.

Bought this as also own a smaller Beurer model and wanted a spare for travel. This has a soft cover and warms up hotter than the older version and is slightly wider. It has the same switch with 3 heat settings which is easy to use. My only criticism is the switch is noisy so could possibly wake a co-sleeper if you decide to turn it back on in the night. Overall would still continue to buy this make as well made and last.

I ordered this heat pad in September 2024. Actually started using it end of October. It was fine for the first week and then stopped working. Now the light doesn’t come on, so you can’t heat it. Pity, I cannot return it, as my return window has closed. Very disappointed with this make.

Well built, pretty comfortable to use. But does not get nearly as hot as I want it to even at the highest setting.

The heat pad stopped working after few times used. Fake product. Beware of buying it!

Heating is too low. Put it ON for 10 minutes on level 3 even than hardly hot. Not useful for heat massage.
