What size is 5xl in this pls

They only sell 1 size in that i am afraid.

Why is this so small its 4xl?

I didn’t think it would fit, being one size fits all, it does. For me anyway. I have a large bust & not a lot of bottom. Size 16 tops to 12 trousers & it fitted me
