The prongs on the charger are hard to open completely straight. You have to really push them hard to get them up straight enough to go into a plug.

Damage my phone
The charger arrived as promised, but despite the fact that I used my phone's specifications to order it, the phone gave me an alert message that if I continued to use the charger it would damage my phone.
