Not as described neither "rubber" or "elastic"
This item is not as described. The words "elastic" and "rubber" indicate that it will stretch and return to it's original length. It does not do this it merely expands in length and remains at the expanded length. Only gets one star as zero not an option. Can't be bothered to return this as it's so cheap anyway but if elastic is what you want then don't buy this, look elsewhere.
