My favorite Cajun seasoning salt
This is my favorite brand of Cajun seasoning. I should qualify that statement by clarifying that I don’t really cook Cajun food, so if that’s what you’re looking for don’t take my word for it.My favorite use for this seasoning salt (yes, it’s definitely a seasoning salt, not just a seasoning) is a liberal shake on raw chicken cutlets sliced to about 1/2” thick, pan fried in searing hot olive or sunflower oil and layered on a toasted bun with avocado and tomato.
