I added some toys, a mirror, and a bit of spray millet to encourage my budgie to explore, and she’s already trying out the new additions with curiosity. The only part I chose to remove were the included cups. One arrived slightly rusty, and they’re quite deep for a budgie if you plan to use them for food. I prefer to offer no more than a tablespoon at a time, so I replaced them with 1oz ceramic bowls (2” diameter), which fit perfectly into the existing slots. My budgie is absolutely loving her new playground—it’s a joy to see her so happy and engaged!

Stability is fantastic and is a quality product easy assembly because there is none. The appearance is great with great stability it is not sticky at all.

Aside from the perch, not being secure I do like this little place set for my parrot. The perch spins around when my parrot lands on it. I had to rig it to keep it safe for her. If you experience the same thing as me a little bit of wood, glue will do the trick. Just make sure it’s completely cured before allowing your bird back on.

It was the perfect size for my birds I was not looking for anything to big . I love the little area I made for them and they enjoy being free and not caged up . This was exactly what I was looking for easy to clean . And it was easy to put together had no trouble with the instructions. Great purchase if your looking for something for small birds cage is a good size as you can see it fits in the chimney, trust me they don't need too much they are happy and I am too .

Let me just preface this by saying, I got this for a parakeet. It's made for a bird that size. He loves it, and it's a great addition to his play sets, but I have had to fix it so much that I finally just glued everything together. Every single joint has come loose or come apart multiple times. I finally took some not toxic glue, glued all the joints, gave it a couple days to dry just to be safe and now we seem to be good to go. I do love that the metal tray on the bottom just sits there so removal for cleaning is super easy. And the dishes are a decent size for such a small bird. They could be about half as deep, but overall, not bad.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well made this playground is! It was easy to put together, and I love the sturdy metal cups for water and food. My cockatiel was at first reluctant to explore until I put millet into the "coconut nest" and he could not resist sticking his head in and exploring! Now he enjoys every part of his playground. We get a LOT of use out of this and it will easily last a long time. Thank you!
