Do you sell a stand and cover to go with this tray please?

I don’t know if they do, I just use mine on the floor.

Does this come with a lid.

No lid with this, just the tray base

Is there a pattern on this or is it completely flat and smooth?

The top of ours is totally smooth. The underside has slight pimples to stop it slipping we assume.

Could 4 toddlers fit round this tray and play comfortably? (There aren't any photos with children in!)

Yes easily I play with my grandson on the floor it’s big but takes a lot of sand to fill it. I make roads out of and so he can drive his cars round it. We usually end up with a car park area, a construction area and a housing area. He loves cars. This is the 100 by 100 one. I had the smaller one which he played with all day so I bought the bigger one.
