Easy to remove- is it damage free, easy to remove without taking off paint or damaging the door?

A day after installing it i adjusted the angle and position of the plastic door jam shield with ease . I dont know how easily it will come off in a few years after our child grows up

Can you open and close the doors with these on?

Yes you can but if you don’t close the door all the way it will swing back open

can this be used on the outside of an exterior door?

I don't know how well it would work outside as it's an adhesive tape that holds it on and I don't know what the elements would do to the adhesive. It I were going to take a guess, I would say no.Sorry I couldn't be more helpful
