It can connect to my blue tooth speaker but not my blue tooth earphones thought that it could connect to my phone through blue tooth to transfer my music but it can’t other than that it has good am/fm radio and and audio recordings you don’t have to move around the earphones too if not at all to get good am/fm radio other than that it’s pretty good

When I received this object, the brown Amazon box was crushed in. Super poor. The box for the item was also buckled. The USB mp3 player would not charge, it would not turn on. I wasted my money. I should have returned it but I didn't even care to I was so upset. I actually thought maybe the seller and amazon and everyone must hate me because at every step of this product being made and delivered to me I could feel the hate.

One page copied instructions. hmm..ok - simple but too simple - So you create a set of folders an populate with MP3 filesMusic- will scan the file to produce a list of artists,genre on the media- always plays in alpha order. so- play lists. nope. tried to create one by selecting "Add to playlist", it locks up press and hold play for > 6s to get it to reset and restart. Oops this hasna M3U.lib fiel presuming this is for M3U (playlist) files- you can create file "playlist.m3u" but it cant file the filesBluetooth- simple to pair up and work. but...- seems to drop and unpair unexpectedly, like when trying play a different fileRadio- auto scans, but editing out the non stations is cumbersomeMisc - when plugged in to a computer, there are all these .lib files?? what for - oh goodie an .lrc file - "I'm Alive.lrc" it's the lyrics for included sample MP3. But no way to show themEbook. - WHAT FOR. Its got a maybe a 3 line display LOLOk . Better that the 1st MP player, generally durableBUT for all the work to get it to work? no. returning it

This device has basically no understandable instructions. In addition, the interface is not at all user friendly - for example, a long press is about one and a half seconds which makes it difficult to distinguish between a short press and long press.I have tried pairing this with 3 different bluetooth devices, all which pair with all my other mp3 players. This device is nearly impossible to get to pair. When it does, it is not obvious. The user is presented with "Bluetooth off" more often than not with no instruction on how to turn it on. (No...going to the bluetooth switch, which one would think would turn it on, doesn't -- or I don't have the "secret key combination" to get it to switch.) I will say, I have stumbled across turning it on, but I have no idea how I did it. When one gets frustrated to the point of randomly pressing keys, they will eventually get it on. HOWEVER, if you turn the device off, you have to do the magic dance again to try to get it paired with your speaker device.There are too many frustrations to include in a review. Suffice it to say, as an mp3 player this is basically worthless. I definitely would NOT suggest this product to anyone.

Update I went from a "2 to a 5" the company JSD707 reach out to me via amazon email and provided the customer support that was needed to place my SD card into the MP3. I wasn't to clear until they sent the picture to me above. Thanks JSD707 for your time and effort on this.Specific features of this product and my experience with it:ProsOnce setting it up in English from Chinese the bluetooth worked on the MP3 player.This is an excellent unit to work with. I may get a second MP3 player from them.My experiences with this MP3 player- there's a one page user manual in English that doesn't go far enough but the seller reaches out to you via Amazon email.- You can insert a SD card into the MP3 player just through the front in the USB connector and not on the side like other MP3 that would popout .- The Mp3 unit says it's a newsmy (newman) B57 not to many google searches for this product or Youtube videos but seller assists you with additional help.- Maybe put a stronger bluetooth in MP3 player I think I got about 10 feet before the bluetooth phasing in and out.

If you're like me when it comes to Amazon it can get down to two things, price and ratings. If they aren't too bad then I tend to ignore the lower star ratings and just shrug off the problems. In this case I can't, this died after a few months when the headphone port could no longer play right when plugged in unless I'm forcefully holding it in. The controls are stiff and require me to double tap them when I want to change it, unless it's in my backpocket and I bend over/squat to pick something up in which case its enough pressure to change it handless (ie no controls to keep it from changing). The sound is alright if you're headphones are good, and it has a good amount of storage but that's really the only good thing. Mine came in hebrew for some reason and took a minute to fix it, as well as previously programmed songs and recordings so I can only assume I got someone's return which isn't a good sign. This is ridiculous but you get what you pay for and until I get a replacement this stays at 1 star
