Purchased to use with my indoor trainer. Works absolutely file , good speed Air to keep you from sweating. The only limitation is you cant use it for any other purpose like as a fan (which is understandable).

This fan is absolutely perfect for using with an indoor trainer. I took a bit of a punt on this after not being able to find a powerful remote controlled fan anywhere in Australia. This goes one step further with the remote that attaches to the handlebar. I can get my warmup done and then get the fan going, except now I can do it without leaning over to switch the fan on! Fan speed is strong even on setting 1 of 3, with 3 kept for those moments when you really need some next level cooling. Would it be nicer if it had more speed settings? Maybe, but 3 is sufficient. Would it be nicer if it had more tilting options? Probably, but that would affect the stability of the unit and I’ve been able to easily point it where I want it by raising it off the floor slightly and moving it around until it was where I wanted it. Would it be easier if it came with an AU plug? Probably, but it came with a UK one and I’m just using a travel adapter. Certainly not a deal breaker. It’s not like any of us are going to be travelling internationally any time soon…… All in all I’m very happy with it. Definitely worth a couple of hundred dollars.

I bought this fan specifically for Zwift indoor cycling (smart trainer) and home cardio/HIIT workouts. Before buying, I watched a lot of reviews and wanted something powerful, reliable and easy to use. What I like: • Genuinely strong airflow – it moves a lot of air for its size and makes a big difference during harder sessions. • Remote control + standby mode – perfect for indoor training, as you can adjust settings without interrupting your ride/workout. • Excellent cable (3.6 metres) – the power cable feels thick, well insulated and sturdy, yet still flexible. The 3.6 m length is a real bonus if your socket isn’t right next to your trainer. • Compact and easy to move – ideal for a medium-sized room and simple to reposition. After a week, I was happy enough to order a second identical fan. Using two fans has been a game-changer: I place one to my right, and the other in front or slightly to the left, and it noticeably reduces overheating and discomfort during longer rides. One more thing I love: I attached both remotes to my bike’s handlebars, so I can control each fan independently (one remote per fan) without stopping or getting off the bike. Things to know: • It’s not silent, but for me it’s not a problem. I ride with Zwift sounds through a Bluetooth speaker and after a while I barely notice the fan noise. The cooling performance is absolutely worth it. • At £99.99, it may feel a bit pricey compared with basic fans, but considering the remote control and strong performance, it’s good value (cheaper versions without a remote do exist). • The plastic feels a bit budget for the price, but I prioritised performance over looks. In winter (February), I’m mostly using it on speed 1, which is already enough. I expect I may need speed 2 in summer, but so far it’s been excellent. It’s not perfect, but for indoor cycling it’s been outstanding — and that’s exactly why I bought a second one. Overall, I’d confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a proper cooling fan for indoor cycling and indoor fitness workouts.

This fan pumps out a huge airflow. I save the third setting (the highest) when I am well and truly ascending on Zwift. The handlebar mounted remote control lets you adjust the fan speed (3 speeds) according to your needs. No need to get off the bike like my last fan. Sure it doesn't have the bluetooth/Zwift integration of the Kickr Wind, but it is half the price and to be honest, is all you really need anyway - a fan to blow air you can adjust when you are hot.

If you're looking for a fan for your turbo trainer set up definitley consider this of within your budget! I use a Wahoo Kickr and soon realised I need a fan to provide cooling during rides! Even in the winter months!! The wahoo fan seems mega £££ for what is effectively a fan! So I looked at alternatives and found this one! The fact this has a remote sold it to me! Clip it to your handlebar and position the fan and you can control the fan during the ride without smart plugs or spending £££'s. The fan has 3 settings also! Very powerful on the lowest setting without sounding like a jet taking off!! Ideal for those summer months too as the remote can be taken out of the holder/strap. This van be wall mounted but you would need to be a bit creative as no official mounting points. However using L shaped brackets you could hanging it off the 2 wider top feet as pictured. In a nutshell the only fan you would need for a pain Cave and turbo trainer set up! Buy with confidence!
