Be warned - It is a consumable with 1-2 year life
It is a great product and one I’ve loved… till it died. The problem Moen don’t tell you about is the flow is measured by a sensitive turbine with 2 magnets. These are exposed to water continuously and get corroded / covered in magnetic debris. Once that happens, the Flo stops working. You can potentially clean it - it is a hassle - you need to disconnect mains, then clean and reinstall. The catch is, in my case that didn’t help either. Now I’m trying to get a replacement turbine - if I can’t get that, I basically now have a wifi enable valve with no leak / pipe burst protection. Not what I’d paid for!

No entiendo como venden un producto que no se puede utilizar en México (donde se compro), la app no esta disponible en la AppStore, ni en PlayStore. Compre dos y los instale después de la ventana de devolución, no cometan el error de comprarlo.

Highly recommended
The installation was easy, although I'd recommend having a plumber do it. It required some modification of the waterline coming through our foundation. Since purchase (over a year ago) it has shut off our water several times when taps were left running, during a toilet valve failure, and a leak in the auto sprinkler system. It has also turned the water off in situations like running a power washer on the driveway. But it sends a message before shutting off the water, so you have time to stop it. And this gives you the comfort of knowing that it's doing its job. Highly recommended.

Junk sold under false pretence
This thing is junk Sold on UK Amazon platform and isnt supported in UK Cant hook up to wifi Came with EU two pin plug Powered it up, had a shower, it blew shower cartridge seals and airlocked the water pump as a consequence Had to de energise and manually leave in open position How can i return it if its installed!! I want a refund

Excellent unit for piece of mind
Having recently experience a plumbing flood, this product is exactly what I needed. Provides me with the security that I will be much less likely to experience another plumbing failure that will result n significant damage. Unit works as promised and the cell phone app is very useful. Expensive and requires a plumber to install but I do get a small discount on my insurance policy premium. Highly recommended!
