Good fish oil to take for your eyes
This was recommended by my eye doctor to take. So far no issues with it. The pills are large so if you have issues with large pills that might be an issue.

Good for dry eyes and cholesterol
I started taking these because my Optometrist told me they would help with dry eyes. Not sure they do that, but Primary care doctor says they help with my cholesterol. Sure do wish I could find them elsewhere and less expensive.
