Very good. Have to practice to get used to it.
I did a lot of research before choosing. This is fantastic. Generally following the rule of 20 degrees lower than a conventional oven works, but timing wise it depends - somewhere between 20 percent to 50 percent less time required. E.g. part baked bread cooks well in 6 minutes if you turn it over half way through cooking. If you're trying to cook a whole meal in it it really only cooks enough for 2 people. Or you can cook a component of a meal or more people e.g. one small chicken, loads of sausages, 3 small pizzas. Great for cooking part baked bread, small pizzas, frozen foods. Only cooks enough frozen chips for max 2 people - if you put more in the basket then they don't freely rotate and it ends up taking twice as long as a conventional oven. Potato wedges take forever and aren't worth the effort. I used the dehydrate function to make dried oranges for Christmas decorations. On its 50C temp setting it would have taken 3 days to dehydrate them. I changed it to air fry on 120C and it did them perfectly in 1 hour. We love that this has shelves and the rotisserie and the rotating basket, a removable tray at the bottom for easy cleaning, and I particularly love the easy remove door which makes it very easy to clean. I would love it if they could make a 15 litre version or even a 20 litre version so you can cook a larger chicken or even add the roast potatoes. It's good for cakes but you have to experiment to learn how to get it right - the kids have under and overcooked cakes trying to get used to it. If it had a heating element at the bottom as well as the top the cooking would be more even - as it is, whatever's on the top rack gets cooked much more, so you need to turn things over and switch the shelves around for even cooking - I'd have thought the fan would mean this wasn't necessary. We've stopped using our conventional oven apart from for doing roast dinners or baking meals for more than 4 people. Edit note: After 2 months of use it started cutting out with no notice. It looks like unplugging it after every use remedies this - presumably resetting the software/firmware, but I'll update this again if that becomes a recurring fault.

Great for chips, wings and making Jerky
Dead handy little machine this. Rotisserie basket can hold enough chips for a family of four, and cooks wings to perfection. The oven is quite small though, so the manual recommends no larger than a 1.3Kg chicken to put on the spit. I stuff mine with onion and lemon, marinade/season/apply rub to the skin, tie the legs up, then use the preset chicken button. Perfectly cooked and incredibly juicy. The touch controls aren't very sensitive. Trying to add negatives in between the positives. The thing that to me is it's stand-out feature is the drying/dehydrating function. I've done citrus fruit and herbs (actually made a nice mulled wine spice), and even flowers. But my favourite is home made jerky. Get a steak or three, trim the fat, tenderise it and flatten it, then marinade (i keep it simple, salt, pepper, Worcester sauce and chilli flakes). Place on each of the three removable shelves and dehydrate; I usually go for 6 hours at 60'C. Check it, and once its ready chop up with scissors into strips, trying not to eat it as you go along! I've had an error once or twice, don't know what it was but it happened half way through cooking, so if you use the preset buttons you'll overcook your grub. Cleaning is simple enough, there's nothing really for your sponge to snag on. I line the drip tray with either foil or greaseproof paper, let that cool and then just bin / recycle it. All in all a great machine that's perfect for quick, easy, low-fat meals.

For the most part, it is awesome, but there are a couple of issues
This does its job very well. There is a rotating basket for chips or you can have up to three shelves of static food. The timer waits until the fryer is up to temperature before starting and there are various cooking modes. The removable drip tray at the bottom makes it easy to clean. However, there are two issues that I have with it which knock this down from getting a 5-star review. Firstly, the basket is not easy to open once cooked. It's like no-one thought of how to get the food out afterwards. There is a spring loaded clasp to keep the door to the basket shut during cooking, but it is fiddly to use when at room temperature, and extremely difficult when hot. Oven gloves don't transmit the fine motor controls needed to release the clasp. I've taken to using folded kitchen roll and a knife to compress the spring and flip the catch. After a few careful attempts not to burn myself, I can release the food within. The instructions contain no hints about how to effectively release the food without burning yourself. Secondly, when using the fixed shelves I've found that the airflow is not even. I have to move the shelves around so that everything has a turn of being near the top and the source of the heat.

What a great little machine
I've owned my air fryer since 2021. So it's lasted 3 years or so and still doing well. This is such a nice little oven (as air fryers really are a conventional oven) , i cooked a 1.5kg chicken, though you need some butcher twine to truss the legs up or it will be awkward somewhat, have also cooked various chicken from thigh, breasts to nuggets, sausages, hash browns and even sausage rolls and other pastry items. Steak is alright, but searing first is the way to go and to be honest if you're searing steak you might as well just fry it, same for lamb chops. If unsure how to cook a packaged item, follow the instructions for a fan oven and reduce the time if needed. The only thing I haven't cooked is chips but that's because I don't eat them except for the rare treat from the chippy. Its energy efficient and i find myself using the air fryer to cook most meals in it. If there was one niggle, I wish it was double its size length ways and had more space between the shelves as the rotisserie part occupies the middle bit.. but its still worth the purchase as it has enough room for meal for two/three people (my household is a family of four but often have friends over for meals so it's often filled to maximum capacity) The glass at the front is darkened which is difficult to get into to clean, a clear glass would have been better. Build quality isn't too bad, mine was dropped from about 3ft and was damaged. After a little gorilla glue and some tlc, it still works as good as new. I'm hoping I'll get another year or two use out of this canny little air fryer and if brevelle make a model with more capacity (25-30l), I'd certainly consider the upgrade.

Great Owen
We had old Breville halogen oven and I wanted the same or similar. They donโt produce anymore those old models (common sense) and We couldnโt decide what to buy . Most of them are high prices with just draw and little space inside and probably u canโt cook sausages and veg together or you can but put all in one draw ! Then we saw this towers and started to read specifications reviews for days and finally decided!!! We know this one is ,pricewise, somewhere in the middle. Cheaper one we didnโt have enough trust to buy, expensive one are to expensive and we decided to stay with Breville brand because previous one we had for years and never let us down! So it came in great package excellent condition. Manual instructions are great, step by step. Itโs important to start empty machine so u can get rid of the manufacture smell . Itโs very very easy to do manually (1st meal was hallo fresh) and I needed Owen to cook sausages) and wow ! This is first day of usage and Iโm positive to give good feedback and review and Iโm sure I will update with time. I followed advice to put foil on tray and make few holes for air circulation just because It will be easier to wash after, maybe not , Iโll need to try different things! Sausages were perfectly cook on lower temperature. For now 5 stars for everything If this helps you let me know Update after 5 days (today is Friday) Wednesday evening when we started to cook fries again suddenly it stopped and showed E02 error and I read about it in here reviews and lady says off/on and start again. Iโve done that and two days no problem, although I went to chat here and they provided excellent service and offered me to replace item but if in next 10 days does the same . We will monitor it and hopefully will not do that again if yes we will contact customer service again An update after 2 weeks !: for now no problems regarding that error thing what we had on the beginning and since then works great and I canโt tell anything wrong just opposite! If u decide to buy it you will be happy costumer like we are Let me know if this helps!!

Great product and love it!
I bought this for our static caravan. Not only because the propane oven isnโt the most efficient but also due to soaring fuel costs. Did some homework and looked at reviews of products and was swaying between the Cosori and this one. Chose this despite being more expensive as it had a rotisserie function and the youngest loves rotisserie chicken. Itโs quite a size but will fit neatly on a kitchen bench and looks good (see pics) The control panel is easy to use with presets for chips, chicken, roast veg and steaks. Temp and time are easily adjusted if need be. Thereโs setting for air fry, bake and dehydrate (beef jerky coming soon). The sides are cool to touch even when at full temp so no concerns for little fingers getting burnt After the initial burn off no chemical smells were noted. Used the rotisserie baskets for test cooking a single portion of skinny fries. The preset automatically started the rotisserie and although temp canโt be adjusted during the cooking process the time can be increased or reduced accordingly. According to the manual and the preset cook on 200 degrees for 20-25 mins. I kept and eye on it and after 13 mins they were done to my liking (see picture). That being said this was for a small portion and the capacity of 700g according to the booklet. I found the rotisserie a little fiddly to get in initially however once you get the hang of it and insert the left side first itโs no problem. The removal is also easy with the special tool provided. I did some internet research and found for processed frozen foods by reducing the instructions cooking temperature by 15 degrees c and time by 20% it works a treat. I grabbed various assorted foods for testing from the freezer and they all turned out perfectly. The sausages cooked to correct safe temp and the fish cake, onion rings and hash browns lovely and crispy. What Iโve also noted from reviews of other makes they require a โshakeโ mid way through cooking however I didnโt do this and they came out great. In saying that I did cook from frozen some lamb chump chops and although they were cooked well and retained juices they would benefit from turning mid way but didnโt effect the taste. I have noted that once you set time and temp and start the air fryer the time wonโt start to count down until the temperature set is reached. So preheat is automatic. Thereโs a light also that makes it handy to check on things and it goes out automatically after a period of time. I havenโt tried the rotisserie chicken function however it appears easy to use but noted from familiarising myself with the machine that unlike the fries setting you need to start off the rotisserie function manually. Any fat dripping from food is conveniently collected in the drip tray on the bottom and everything is easily cleaned in hot soapy water or bunging in the dishwasher makes it even easier. Overall Iโm delighted with the foods cooked and the ease of use. Should also save money in cooking times and fuel costs.

Functionally good but very poor quality
This air fryer would be amazing, except it suffers from very poor manufacturing quality. This is the second unit that we have had. The first one started making noises, like the fan was hitting something. Within a few days the fan stopped working making the air fryer useless. Amazon promptly sent a replacement, amazing customer service honestly. Upon receiving the second unit, I noticed a few things instantly. The door of the replacement unit wasn't manufactured correctly, as the plastic was lifted up in one of the corners. The door also didn't fit well and was catching when opening/closing. The other issue was that the LCD panel wasn't installed correctly, at a certain angle I could see the internal wiring. The insides of the LCD also got steamy, which again indicates it hadn't been assembled correctly. Unfortunately within a few weeks of use (not heavy usage, maybe once every couple of days), the fan started to make the same noises as the previous one. The attached video shows this. As much as I love the functionality of this air fryer, I simply don't have confidence that they are made to last and I have returned it for a refund. I'd like to also point out that the touch panel on this is really awful to use, it doesn't appear very sensitive and will often just ignore your touch! As a replacement I was considering the Tefal 10-in-1 Air Fryer as they have a 15 year repair service with very similar functionality to this. Ultimately I ended up purchasing the Sage Air Fryer, it is much more expensive but the product quality is night and day. The saying buy cheap buy twice definitely rings true here!

Perfect!
I bought this airfryer 3.5 yrars ago and it's still going strong. Nothing about it that's an issue or I'd change. I cook the usual food and I also bake in it. I havent used my main oven for 3.5 years! It's so fast and saves a lot of electricity. So glad I bought this.

Poor enough machine that lasted only 3 months
Rubbish enough machine. Bought in Feb, returned in May. While the oven worked, the fan got really noisy and I couldn't trust it not to burn the house down. When it was working fine, it did a good job. But only a few months use is pretty terrible. And interestingly, I paid almost โฌ120 for it in Feb. It's now almost half the price. Kinda tells you when they think of their own product. And I thought Breville was a good make.

Using the rostisserie
It is extremely difficult to place the forks on the ends of the rotisserie axle due to the tightness of fit.
