They were OK for the price. Not a lot of flavor.

I really hope it was just this flavor that had issues, but.... These were not even close to any of the mochi I've had before. They didn't have that super soft texture you hope for. The outside is much closer to a gummy than the regular super soft cloudy rice dough. Completely ruined them. The inside didn't taste much like lychee at all. More like chemicals. I ate half of one and the rest have just been sitting there. Gonna have to throw them out.

I was very excited to see that these came in Lychee flavor. I got them and immediately tried them. They are ok, but I couldn't really taste the lychee. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I purchased the Hamimelon, and the flavors were great! Someone asked where these were made and the answer someone else made was Japan. The box says Taiwan.

Such a fun yummy treat

It's fair and within expectation. 3.5/4 stars Smells lovely. I love lychee and basically bought this on impulse. I don't often get out somewhere that carries this treat, so I am glad I found it here. Smooth, chewy, soft outer with small glob of lychee flavored gel. I could use more lychee flavor, or more of the center substance. No visual texture like some of the customer pics. Smooth like the product pics. Sweet, high calories. It does provide a sense of fullness. It sits kind of heavy. I am a big eater, and I would not eat more than one. Pretty typical of mochi, and so if I were looking to buy more I would likely get this again. Who knows.

Waste of money, it tastes awful. Never again. Also there’s a warning on the box about its ingredients.

I was pleasantly surprised that the lychee flavor came through. Loved the texture and the size of the individual pieces. Very fresh and I'm looking forward to purchasing them again.
