Dries to touch in 15 minutes and to handle in 1-2 hours at 70 degrees. Allow more time at cooler temperatures.

How scratch-resistant is this clear coat?

It’s a good product. I cleared coat the tank on my FLHTC and front bumper of my F150 and it has stood up well. I put at least 4 coats. It’s the only thing that worked to resist gasoline spills on the fuel tank after using other products.

I got a minor scratch on my door thats about half an inch in diameter that is really bothering me. Will this cover it up well?

Depending on how deep it is. If it is too deep, No. You will need to sand, maybe bondo, then use this paint and then clear coat.

Can this be used to coat the fiberglass cap on an RV?

Yes. I paint my new truck hood that is fiberglass and worked great. Just make sure no dust or moisture

Paint on a Black Nissan Hood that with bad sun wear

I used it to paint a very bad worn hood from exposure to the environment. I suggest using a polish compound or some sort of polishing cream to remove the oxidation. Wipe it, then paint. It came out very good. Upon a 2nd coat, I learned to move slower and smooth across the hood. Was pretty good. Its not a body shop paint but acceptable
