Wow! What an amazing addition to my health and well-being! I will let met the first couple of nights were a little rough getting used to the firmness of this, but by the third night I slept like a baby, had no headache, and no neck pain which had been a constant for a long time. It is incredibly well-made and works like a champ! Do not hesitate if you suffer from sleepless nights, it is worth it's weight in gold for sure! And the company is wonderful to deal with!

I can't find where to contact the seller to ask them if there is a trick to getting the pillow out of the case if you needed to clean it. The pillow is extremely firm, so can't be squished to remove.

The pillow is soft enough to sleep on. It stays cool when you are sleeping on the mat and feels wonderful in contrast to the heat of the mat.Pillows from other companies were too hard, and I found them uncomfortable, but this one is just right.

I like the pillow. It was hard on my head. But then I spoke with the seller who informed me that I could put my own pillow in there and it helped a lot.I still need to change the pillow to a smaller one but . . . I had a better night sleep than I did before changing the pillow.But when using the pillow as is when I am laying on my back for a 30 min session the pillow is great as is. It is just too hard if planning to sleep on it throughout the night.
