Where are these manufactured?

They are Chinese, and basically airsoft grade for the most part. However, I use them with my hunting gear, and know their limitations. I also doctored the keepers with the elastic tie-downs. I removed them from a number of them, cut them in half and then re-tied them and put them on the keepers. They are far too long in original condition. Knowing the limitations, I still feel they are a reasonable bargain for the price. If you're looking for tier one, highspeed low drag gear, this ain't it.

Can the web dominator elastic strings be used on 3/4 " wide straps?

Great selection of accesories to secure MOLLE pouches and gear

Absolutely brilliant! After losing a (RIF) mag and pyro pouch off my webbing I was looking for ways to secure everything. Used all the clips and ordered more, they also do pack of 10, never lost a thing ever since.
