This is a delicious mayo. I never imagined finding anything better than my favorite, traditional Best Foods Mayo.but this has an extra boost of flavor - hard to describe - very creamy, excellent on chicken and as condiment with meats; as a dipping ingredient - really yummy. The delivery method, however, leaves a lot to be desired -- -- My opinion as a consumer, I don't like narrow pour hole, upside-down bottling doesn't work for me. I prefer a glass jar, screw top lid -- want to use a tablespoon, get exact amount wanted and dislike wrestling with that plastic cap on otp of a cap. I'll buy this again, probably repeatedly, but only in traditional packaging. Why fix soething that's not broken? Anyway, delicious mayo.
