Is this producted tested on animals? also, is it formulated to work on poc?

Nutrafol does not test our ingredients or final products on animals. Our quality and safety testing is conducted by instrumental analysis or in human studies. Our ingredient suppliers also do not conduct animal testing.

My scalp is breaking out and itches like crazy. Is this part of the process?

No my scalp did not break out and only seems to itch when. Use too much hair spay. I had very good results with the above, fuller and seem d healthier.

You mention that this is "clinically shown".  Could you explain what you mean?  Was this tested in a research study?  Was it a double-blind?

The active ingredients in Growth Activator have been clinically tested for efficacy and shown to increase the visible density of hair so it looks fuller. Growth activator was also tested in an internal safety study during which participants filled out a perception questionnaire that showed that 87% of participants saw healthier hair and 85% of participants saw improvement in hair quality after 30 days. The results of this study are not yet published. We look forward to sharing the results of our clinical studies as they become available.
