Seems to 'kick in' quite quickly as I have had positive results after using Pure Marine Collagen for over 1 month so far. Ive seen a dramatic change in my nails, theyre growing quicker and stronger. Hair feels thick and are starting to notice my skin feeling softer and less 'loose'. Its also having a positive effect on my knees! The capsules are quite large, but are easy enough to swallow. I've been buying this collagen for the last few months, and so far I've been very happy with it. I have left writing this review too long. Excellent value my nails are the best they have been in over two years. I tried other expensive collagen including a jelly you keep in the fridge but all would cause a stomach ache no matter how I took them but also my nails never improved. These are amazing and I am so happy to see my nails and not hide my hands like I have been for over two years. No side effects except good ones 😊

Can’t give 5 stars as I haven’t been taking these capsules for long enough to give a fair review. But so far so good. Think I can see a bit of a difference in my skin. Will keep taking for the foreseeable future.

Ordered this for knee pain. It does help me manage it so far but sometimes you get used to the dose and it's not as effective as at the beginning

The products smells really bad (pungent rotten) when I open the bottle even though the expiry date is in two years.
