I ordered this for my son who loves chess. It taught him some great, secret strategies to use against his Uncle who’s a pro and plays in leagues! He’s even beat him in a couple rounds using some of the tips and tricks from the book! He thinks he’s so cool now, teaching his uncle new techniques to try in his tournaments! Recommend for the serious chess players!

Outstanding book. Basic and advanced information with detailed explanations of each segment of the game. Very impressed with how the author walks you through an effective and clear step by step read.

The book arrive well, with no damages or details and it’s legible. But, unfortunately, it’s just another introduction to chess. It’s not a concise introduction. There’s nothing useful about openings, middle games or endgames, nor tactics, strategy or analysis of legendary games. It’s just “this is chess, the pieces moves like this, you win if you checkmate your opponent”. And that’s all.
