Q: can these be used under armpits

This product should not be applied to healthy skin, importantly take extra care not to apply inadvertently to the skin around warts or verrucas being treated. This product should not be used on any areas other than hands and feet, on sensitive skin, face or genitals, on skin tags, moles, dark patches of skin, or for skin exfoliation, freckles, water warts (mollusca contagiosa), seborrhoeic keratosis (verruca seborrhoeica).

The Wartner Verruca and Wart Remover Pen is a medical device for treatment of common warts (verruca vulgaris) and verrucas (verruca plantaris). The pen applicator contains a highly concentrated wart & verruca removal gel. The TCA (Trichloroacetic acid) gel eliminates warts and verrucas by topical chemical eradication action. The gel induces peeling of the keratotic tissue of the wart (or verruca) and allows the destruction of the causative virus. After the wart (or verruca) desquamation, the skin will regenerate.
