This shower system looks fantastic and feels much more expensive than the price. The finish is beautiful, everything is solidly built, and the overall design is exactly what I was looking for. I was especially impressed with the customer service. My shower installation required custom-length threaded fittings because of my wall thickness. Their support team responded quickly, answered all of my questions, and even offered to manufacture custom threaded fittings specifically for my installation. It’s rare to find a company willing to go that extra mile. Great product backed by excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend it.

We installed this shower system and absolutely love it. Few weeks into using it, we started to see leaks from the shower head and faucet even in closed position. Emailed the customer service, and they responded swiftly with diagnostic questions and before I know, the replacement part was shipped. Pretty straight forward to replace and no more leaks. This Midanya Shower System is amazing! My daughter loves all the features of this system in her new bath tub / shower! I'm a Dad does all so not an expert but my wife says the finished product is like a resort bathroom - I'll take that! After we finished installing our tile, somehow due to thinset thickness and change to thicker tile...we realized we mounted our drop ear fittings in the wall a little too deep so the threads of spigot and hand held mount would not engage. I reached out to customer service at Midanya as a last ditch effort and the support from them was amazing! They responded to my email immediately, and helped me determine what I needed to make it work. They quotedand fabricated custom threads to my specification so I could install the tub spigot and hand held sprayer mount. The custom threads were only around $10ea and they shipped within a couple weeks! The spigot and sprayer mount both have removable fittings that allow installation and orientation very simple. Threaded fittings are installed using an allen in the center then the spigot and hand held mount are slipped on over dual o-rings then locked in place with set screws. Highly recommend this prduct due to the high quality, complete kit and amazing support! I will be using them on our next bathroom! Thank you Midanya!

This is one of the worst buys I’ve had in a long time. This shower set up has very low water pressure and paint peeling from the wand cord. The main valve started leaking after only four months of installing. Good thing I was redoing my master bathroom and found the leaking before it did major damage.Now since having to remove it and go with a better product I have to replace my shoe surround due to the unique design of this valve setup.

My plumber was concerned that a part wasn’t present when the package was delivered and I immediately contacted the seller who was right on top of the issue. My plumber was wrong and the seller was not only quick to respond but was very understanding and accommodating. We love the shower parts and they look great in the shower.
