The product description says the product cannot be shipped to my location. i am curious as to why not? i am a doctor of chiropractic.

Ridiculous question, but can anyone show me How many blocks are in the "set?" Just because there are a certain number shown, duh?

Hi, it is a set of two half blocks. Each one for each side of the pelvis.

Where are the instructions? Purchased and not sure how they work

No instructions come with them, but there are some good videos about using the blocks. Mainly, though, I placed them in the same position as my chiropractor does. All I do is start out with that general positioning of the blocks, then I adjust them slightly until my back feels very comfortable and without any pain or pressure. I hope this helps.
