Missing part of order.

Does the job is supposed to do.
Used this when I last refilled my spa. Actually, I think I purchased the wrong one as this was bigger than I needed. But with that being said it definitely softened my water more.

Definitely helped
We have crazy hard well water and I feel like this product made a difference. I don’t think you can ever have a simple quick fix but it made a difference. I will save it again to see how well it works the 2nd time around

Did not work as advertised
Product did not work as advertised. Followed directions to the letter, used in 500 gallon salt spa, no measurable change in hardness after 48-72 hours.
