Never knew about glass files and I’m happy I know now. This file set gives your nails an incredible amount of natural shine. You’ll get compliments from all the ladies and look like you just got a manicure and pedicure.

The set of nail care aids is just as described. Securely packaged in a small case. Very nice set - at a great price. Not flimsy at all.

I did some research before going out and buying a nail file. I was sick and tired of the sprayed on/pad garbage most nail files are. I found out that there are glass nail files and crystal nail files that have a chemically engraned pattern that will be much better than sprayed on coatings. Pros: I haven't taken a coin to scrape this nail file kit but from the feel and the way it works, the glass files are legit. As far as the crystal (dull) looking ones, I believe they are real and not coatings as well. My nails do in fact get shiny. The smallest glass nail file, I believe, is the shiner... works very, very well. Takes off a bit of nail if you use it too much but cleaning it is great. The glass "micro-grooves" or whatever don't come off and are really engrained. Cons: I wish it wasn't as thick. I haven't dealt with many nail files before but I just wish it was a millimeter thinner for easer access on the sides of the nail. I also wish there were some instructions as to what file is for what... there is a longer glass file that has two patterns on it and a shorter one with one pattern on it. I wish I knew the "grit" (its not actually grit but I'm not sure what else to call it) on each of those files to know which one would be the best for shining. Like I said before, the smallest one seems to work the best so I think that one is the finest. Conclusion: I really enjoy this product. It works wonderfully, believe it or not, and I think this 10$ (at the time of this review) will be a lifelong investment; I don't see this product wearing out any time soon. Very pleased.

I have a liking for glass files. It is nice having a case. Some of my past files got lost easily. Some got stepped on and broke. The case it a excellent thing. It is a little hard to open though. Only a slight irritation.

These work better than I ever thought possible. When I first saw glass nail files, I was skeptical. My nails generally split and break very easily. I'm not into nail polish because it's difficult for me to apply and peels off and looks messy. I purchased this set of glass nail files and it has made a dramatic difference. My nails are perfectly smooth and shiny. I've gotten compliments that they look professionally done. My nails are growing and no longer breaking. If I start to get a snag, the glass filers take care of it easily. The process to file and buff my nails to an awesome shine takes about 10-15 minutes. I highly recommend these.

I think these are the best nail files I’ve ever used. I’ve noticed that my nails don’t split the way they used to. Also, they come in a very sturdy metal case, so you don’t have to worry about them getting broken by leaving them out.

Why didn't I know about these sooner?! Perfect for natural nails , none of that little fraud edge that other files leave, awesome shine! Thank you.

Lovely product. Nail filers are good and I love the fact that they can be washed and reused again and again. As for the shiner not so great on my nails but maybe on other nails could be okay but I still like the product.

The glass tool is really good. It contains four pieces. Shaping tool and Polishing tool each for hands and feet. The Shaping tool is quick and easy to use to shape your nails. The polishing one makes the nail shine like crazy. My nails looks like I got french manicure. This is totally worth it. I highly recommend it. The package was delayed by a couple of days. But I am glad I bought it. If you are planning to buy, add couple of days to your expected arrival date.

The set is just as shown in the pictures and as described, the case is well made and great to store the pieces in especially for traveling. I've always used metal files or emery boards and those disposable buffer sponge type blocks. This is the first time I've used glass files and buffers and honestly, what a difference. They file my nails smooth and quick but I'm more impressed with the shiners. In mere seconds a nail is shining like glass as if you've applied a clear coat but without the drying time. I can do both my hands in less than two minutes and my nails are shining nicely for several days. Of course washing dishes and such begins to wear the shine but since you haven't applied polish that needs to be removed all you have to do is spend a minute to glide the shiner across your nails a few times and they look amazing once again, it's so quick and easy. I'm purchasing a couple more sets as gifts because I'm so impressed with this set and the price is great as well.
