The item arrived quickly and in good condition. I put a timer on for 15 mins, I activated the pouch and the coldness lasted well over 15 mins as I type this it has been 20 mins of coldness. Ladies if you are currently going through hot flashes this is a must have, put some in your purse, keep some on the night stand and use it during a flare up. You can use these to help settle down a headache or relieve an inflamed joint. Pack some and take with you on your hike, jog, or vacation. I am curious as to whether or not it will freeze if I place the pouch in the freezer once it stops being cold, I’ll update the review with the results of that, I believe in recycling so if I can freeze this it would be the gift that keeps on giving. Update it will not freeze however it will get cold in the freezer.

A fantastic portable ice pack allows quick relief from pain wherever you are. The size is good - allowing you to put it on nearly any body part or injury while controlling it with your hand. Also, unlike many other ice packs on Amazon, this one is easy to use - it does not require much force to break open. My only comment is on the length of time the product is cold. In my experience, it stays cold for about 5 minutes and then gradually warms up. Shaking it helps prolong the temperature, but that requires removing the pack from the affected area, decreasing the effectiveness. Otherwise - a great purchase and one I would recommend to others

These are so well made and easy to use. They stay cooler longer than 20 minutes .I bought these for my grandkids and their sports. But then I had a great idea.! I was going to Vegas and it was going to be 108. I thought well even with an umbrella and if the water is cool it’s still unbearable. I put them behind my neck! I had people asking me where I got them and what a great idea! I put them in my bag to keep my phone from overheating while I was at the pool worked like a charm! Win all the way around and now this is gonna be my new Vegas and Florida comfort!

These ice packs activate easily. Some other brands do not.

Order came on time. I use these for my business. They get cold fast, but do not last long.

They are convenient to take along anywhere however, they only stay cold for maybe 5 minutes. I read other reviews on here saying they stay cold long after the 15 minutes which sold me…LIES!!
