Très sympathique pour les mordus de sport de combats. Les réglages sont aisés et l'appareil pratique. Il remplit la tâche qu'on lui assigne.

Good for going to the gym and setting up a rigorous workout. It came already came set up, defaulted for 3 minute rounds with a ring with 30 seconds left, then there's a one minute rest period. The bell sound isn't too loud. Each round is tabulated after each cycle is completed. The unit clips next to where the boxing bag is mounted in the gym. I can get started and run through my full routine of 8-, 10- or 12 rounds. While others stand around I can pile through a full, accurate workout. The directions are typically quirky, but I went with the prearranged timings. I recommend this training round timer. It's just what I needed.

This product did just what I wanted it to, for a low price. You can set exercise time and interval periods on repeat without worrying about fiddling around with your smartphone. Very intuitive to set up. Highly Recommended!!
