Lullaby is great at bedtime
This is a great bedtime blend. Caffeine free and delicious! I have tried multiple blends from this teamaker and have been pleased with them all. Try Sooth Sayer and Lord Bergamot also.

The tea does have a licorice flavor to it so watch out if you dont like that. Otherwise kind of a mild flavor but not bad.
