This works well after work out and helps with muscle soreness the next day for a speedy recovery. The no flavor taste helps you to drink it quickly with no after taste in 4oz room temp water. I would highly recommend to use not just for workouts but for any type of activity.

Glutamine is the best supplement to use when your training.. My muscles have been sore from working out so hard but.. this glutamine definately helps you recover alot faster, not as sore as long, I really like this supplement and I will continue to use it..It was reccommended to me by my trainer and I love it..and now I am reccommending it to everyone else.. glutamine works.. it does the job that it is suppose to do...at least I think so...I use MHP gutamine because MHP is a great company and there products really work..Hope this review helps..

taken in the morning and post workout to aid in muscle recovery time. taken along with BCAA and whey protein no flavor so its good to mix with other supplements that have flavors.
