This Thermal insulated bento, was not what I expected, was one broken, and the color was the same, I ordered two different colors.won't order it again.

It came broken.

The container looks as pictured but doesn’t keep hot items hot until lunch time when packed in the morning. Disappointed as it is too bulky for just carrying basic foods.

Absolutely terrible! Don't waste your money. I bought these to send lunch to school for my son. They took a really long time to arrive and once they did when I opened the box it had a really strong chemical smell that makes it really difficult to believe it is BPA free. The box that it came packaged in looks it was smashed around and all tattered up. I don't believe this is a safe product for food as it's so cheaply made. I did not use it at all. 1 star is too good a review for this product.

gets damaged quickly

So disappointed with the product. Purchased two of the same colour and there was obvious colour difference between the two, not to mention they looked old and worn and they don’t keep food warm . I was also told I would get a small refund, but a month later still nothing. So so so disappointing !

Arrived broken and the quality doesn’t seem very good. Feels cheep...
