Charming
Very charming, but package was opened upon arrival and had to clean the top mirror. Perhaps it was a return, I did clean up the mirror. ..so did not have to return

It's beautiful!
I ordered two boxes and the item came well packaged on January 17th. The mirrors from one box was in perfect condition however for the other, the back of two mirrors were coming apart. I wasn't aware obviously, when I took out the first bad one, the mirror slid out and fell to pieces since the back covering was holding it in place. I then realized there was one other like this. I used my glue gun to stick it back in place because when I tried contacting Amazon, they said I should return the item and I didn't want to go through that hassle. The following day the company contacted me asking if I was satisfied with my item. I thought this was a really nice thing to do. I explained the situation and sent them a picture of the glued mirror. Immediately they asked if I wanted a new item in perfect condition or a refund. A full refund was then issued moments later for the box I had the issues with. I would like to thank this company for following up on my purchase and the kind staff for showing concern. I will definitely buy from them again. They were easy to install, very lightweight, sturdy and gorgeous by the way!!!!

Hanging Tools Don't Work
Just plastic and nothing special but they filled space nicely on the wall grouping. Don't bother trying to hang with the tools provided, they don't work. I gave up and just used double sided tape. I'll keep them but wouldn't recommend to a friend.
