I prefer this over the headgear that originally came with the CPAP. It is extremely comfortable and the velcro actually keeps the strap ends where you want them to be. I use nose pillows and they fit perfectly. This is an ideal replacement for the original headgear. If it ever starts to need replacing I hope I can buy the exact same headgear again.

### Comfortable and Reliable Headgear Replacement I recently purchased the Replacement Nuance Pro Headgear for my Philips Respironics Nuance Pro CPAP mask, and I'm quite pleased with it. The fit isn't as snug as the original Nuance branded headgear, which I prefer. The material feels durable, and it holds the mask securely in place throughout the night. Adjusting the straps is easy, allowing for a snug and comfortable fit. I've noticed no significant difference in performance compared to the original headgear. Overall, this is a good replacement option that offers satisfactory comfort, excellent price and reliability.

CPap supplies have been a seller's market for too long. In other to use your insurance you won't up paying multipliers in price because you can only use approved vendors. This headgear is an inexpensive, yet completely functional replacement. If you take a picture of the original headgear on your mask before replacing it you will find the prices easy.

Cons.- to small doesn’t stretch. Made backwards so it either slides of really quickly ore the straps wrap around the nose piece to the inside. Poorly made. Does not have a rubberized strap to hold in place. Pros- Honestly. There is nothing good about it. Its a POS.

The material is less stretchy, stiffer. This keeps the straps where I place them on my head. My hair is silky and the Philips headgear slides right off my head, sometimes multiple times a night. So the nasal pillow make leaks and sometimes comes right off my head. I've had a lot fewer of these problems now, the headgear fits better, washes up fine, and is cheaper. I'm back here to buy another one, that's how much I like it. I don't even want to use the Philips one night while I'm washing/drying this one.

The material is equal to what I was getting thru a medical company, but less than 10% the price. Delivery is quick and efficient and keeps them ready for me to replace instead of waiting for them to be eligible. Best deal around in every way. Couldn’t be more satisfied with this product. Told the medical company why I would no longer be using them.
