Does it have elbow joints?

They are non working. Has elbow joints but you can´t move them.

Does every part of the tail move?

This is more of a flexible figure with some ball and socket joints, than a hard figure with ball and socket joints. Arms have joints at shoulders, legs at hips, knees, ankles. Jaw moves. Tail jointed at base. The rest of the tail can be flexed , but is not "jointed". Figure is solid (not hollow) and very nicely detailed. Comparable in size with the Neca brand Godzilla figures (about 6.5"), but is not the same high quality as the Neca figures. Considering how hard it is to get, and the price I paid (under $30) I am happy with it.

It has been 11 days after i placed my order, however it hasn’t been shipped yet.If you are not able to ship the order within one week I will cancel.

I recommend patience. You won't be charged until it ships. It'll be all the sweeter when it arrives after the anticipation. Or - you could pay more somewhere else and get it faster, that's how it seems to work.
