Hay it works! Never took it before, but wanted a natural alternative. Took one pill at bedtime, and it started working in about 4 hours. No diarrhea, no running, no after effects that I was aware of. Only works for about 24 hours though. Surprised, looked into it a little more, and supposedly it is a product that the body gets used to. So if you take it long term, you will find you need more and more of it to get the same effect. And from some reviews it looks that that maybe the case. So maybe have a backup plan in case it doesnโt work. Otherwise, all good. Will say prefer it over the regular ones. ๐

Effective and gentle
I like that this is also a mild stool softener, because... yeah , you never know when you try something new. But no problems with this at all, and it seems to have a staying power if used regularly .... which is kinda the point, huh? Highly recommend.

Works better than expected....
This works better than I thought. I have to take alot of medication & needed something to help 'move things along.' No cramps...just results. After many trial & error false products, I am very pleased with this product...will absolutely purchase again.
