What material is the tumbler made of?

Our 20 oz tumbler is made of borosilicate glass, which is stronger and more durable than other glass. Suitable for temperatures from -4℉ to 300 ℉. This feature makes the tumbler ideal for both hot and cold drinks.

The bamboo lid is moldy. What should I do?

Please tell us your order ID, and we will send you a replacement if within 6 month. BTW, we suggest to take the bamboo lid off and air dry it after each washing, and then put it back when the lid is dry, so as to prevent the lid from getting moldy.

What if I am not satisfied with the cup?

If you receive a broken tumbler or have any product problems during use, you can get in touch with us and we will replace the product or solve the corresponding problem for you.

Can I use a dishwasher to clean this tumbler?

The glass tumbler can be cleaned in the dishwasher, but the bamboo lid must be washed by hands, thank you!
