Absolute game changer!! This hitch swing adapter makes it so easy with having a bike rack or cargo rack on the jeep and being able to still utilize the back gate. My dogs won’t jump in the side door so if we have a bike rack on the back, they have to be lifted in the side door. Now we can just swing the hitch to the side and use the rear gate again! Love this hitch swing!

This was fantastic but had to send back. the securing latch is on top and with my spare tire on my jeep wrangler it was not able to function. if i need another swing arm and have a different vehicle I will definitely be back to buy this arm.

This works great for my Jeep JLU Willys. The included lock is a little difficult to get locked but works well and is easy to install the adapter. Its sturdy and well made. Due to the large spare tire on the back of the jeep, you do have to swing the hitch adapter open every time you want to open the rear door of the jeep even if there is nothing attached, but it works fine. Carried 2 heavy e-bikes with no problem.

I have it for the back of my Jeep. Its heavy duty works very well. It does make the bike rack stick out a little further, but I don’t have to remove the rack to open the back of the jeep very happy with it.

Very heavy duty. Just what I needed to add to my mobility trike.

I got this item in today and mounted it with no issues on my Ford van. The item was purchased through Amazon as a RETURNED ITEM but since it was 172 bucks, I decided to give it a go. Anyway, the only issue was the pin that releases the open swing arm is BENT and it makes it impossible to lock it into the open position. I don't really care about that anyway. Not gonna leave it "swinging" or open anyway for too long. I will likely cut that pin out altogether and replace it with another bolt or pin. Or not. Not a major issue as far as I'm concerned. I saved around 40 or 50% on the purchase price. Also, I won't be using that lame screw system/lock unit to lock the swing arm onto (into) my receiver. A regular locking pin from Walmart will do the trick! I'll use the insert part for additional strength, after I drill out the bolt threads. Too many complaints about that threaded bolt breaking after light use.

works well, the only concern is the pin that holds it out, could be easily broken if you forget about it and force it.
