How do you open it when the air tag battery needs changing?

Hi there. The Belkin F8W974 has an innovative twist-and-lock design and raised edges to keep your AirTag secure and protect it against scratches. You just need to twist the holder counterclockwise to unlock and separate it.

We have purchased two of these and having installed the Apple AirTags we are now finding both impossible to unlock by twisting anti-clockwise.

Hi, Mr Mirfield. The Belkin Secure Holder for AirTag is designed to hold the Apple® AirTag. More specifically, the Belkin F8W973 is intended to connect to items that can fit on a key ring while the Belkin F8W974 is intended to connect to items that use a lanyard such as luggage or bags.
