How do they come packaged? By the set or are they loose?

They come with a plastic band holding each pair.

Can I order the sizes in the quantity I need!?

I just bought a bulk how it came and I was really really happy with the variety.

Can we get children sizes for all the 48 pairs?

No idea, contact customer service.

Are these a good quality flip flop? Is the footbed firm or more squishy? Any help is appreciated!

They were very comfy. Similar to the brand Havaianas from Brazil. I wore them all night!
